Love Your Soul First
Each individual has an own religion, but not everybody will convert themselves to another religion. Religion will not always convert a person to another religion. It is challenging to tell how your soul is feeling. Why? Because your soul is part of what makes you a human! Your soul is a seat of your memories, thoughts, feelings, imaginations, convictions, motives, desires, and affections. It is the biggest drive to your life. If you choose not to make your soul happy, then you are making yourself unhappy.
According to the Holy Bible, "Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body," (Proverbs 16:24). Not everybody will always have much control on the souls because there are things that are beyond much control. It is beneficial not only to take care of yourself, but your soul. Loving your soul is an example of sublimation, a coping mechanism that transforms from dealing with negativity to experiencing positive feelings. Loving your soul is considered to be part of self-concept, all thoughts and feelings about yourself.
